Accredited by "We chose to send our son, Robert, to Charter International School as we found the school follows the National Curriculum of England and Wales extremely closely. The school also provides Mandarin lessons and more importantly for us, Thai lessons, which has enabled Robert to speak, read and write Thai and also to become culturally aware; something we have found to be extremely important whilst we are living in Thailand. The school is a clean, safe and spacious environment and is well equipped. The teaching and support staff are extremely dedicated and teach to a high standard. Robert started school mid-term and he was made to feel extremely welcome and settled into Charter International School very quickly with the help of the teaching staff and some great kids! Robert has excelled both academically and socially since being a student at Charter." Martin and Cathy from England April 2009 “Andi has been going to Charter for two years and loves it. The best way for Andi's mom and I to get her to go to bed is to say, "Andi, if you go to sleep too late, you'll miss school tomorrow. We're looking forward to sending Andi's brother Jesse to Charter when he's old enough”.     David Squires “It is a great school, my twins have attended the Kindergarten class since 2008 now they are in the Reception class and they are doing incredibly well. The teachers are extremely qualified. They use professional method to teach young children. I can really see the progress of my twins developing. Many people are surprised when they hear my children speak English fluently. We are a Thai family. I and my husband are very proud of our children. Charter International School is more than just a school. It is more like a home to us. I would recommend Charter International School to all Thai and expatriate parents”. Mrs. Pechcarat “We were looking for a nice school for Amy and had visited a few other schools. At the time Amy was nearly 3 years old so we started her in the English Summer Camp to see what it was like. Amy really enjoyed it and we were impressed with the whole set up so she enrolled into the Kindergarten. The first time when we went to see the school we were impressed about the playing areas inside and outside. There was a big ball pool, a lot of bicycles, peddle cars and plenty of space for the kids to play inside the building.  The outside playgrounds are good too.  Both areas were clean and safe for the young kids.  Also there were 2 swimming pools.  I thought it was such a good place to play and learn for the young ones.  Especially the kids of this age, they love to play and can play all day long.  Amy’s progress has been so advanced for her age and also her friends too.  The way they learn to think, it is amazing.  In our opinion this school is the place you are looking for to send your loved ones”.    Peter and Sukanya Traynor “Two years ago, I read an interview of the board director of an International School in the newspaper. It was about a new international school named “Charter.” That moment, I though how accidentally this name was so similar with the famous Co-op name in the past however, that is not the point.  The first interview sentence I read which announced that “this school will teach students to be genius”  shot the name of the school straight into my memory.  Six months latter “Kat”, my one and only daughter, started attending Charter International School in Year 5 In a first couple of weeks of studies, I was quite surprised, disappointed and doubtful. why the school had less homework for students. After asking my daughter about leaning in the class, a new surprise is that she can explain everything from what she‘s been learning at school without using a book. She has completed her academic year and I have a chance to talk with her class teacher. I am very impressed that the class teacher gives an inside out of my daughter and shows me her outcomes both in class, group work and by herself. This helps me to get a clear understanding of English National Curriculum. This curriculum enables my daughter more free time  to learn something else she is interested in her own recreational time for example, violin, mathematics games, especially piano which she is doing very well within 1 year. Her music teacher in the previous school is surprised at her rapid progress. It is almost 2 years that Kat is studying happily at Charter International School. It is because of the teaching methods, the selection of qualified teachers and the appropriate activities together with the development of school form time to time. To this end, I start seeing the image of developing student to become a genius without a doubt”.        Khun Prawploy Prawdanai and family “I would like to say that my children, Atom and Plankton are very happy at this school. Plankton has never cried before going to school at all. If my children are happy and willing to go to school, it means that they are growing physically and emotionally. I can say that I love this school. I brought my children to Charter International School (Old Campus) on Srinakarin Road because I knew the Head Teacher. He invited me to the school and explained what the English National Curriculum is. I loved the teaching system there, the school’s atmosphere was also great and it was near to shopping malls and close to my house. Having moved from Sirnakarin Road to its current campus in Prawet District, I thought of withdrawing my children because it’s quite a long way from where we live but Atom told me that he loves the school and gets on very well with his friends. I and my husband decided to come and see the new school’s campus and we love the school very much. There is plenty of space and it is very nice and quiet. Atom is in the Early Year Class so there is no home work for students. I think this is good because in this range of age, children should not be stressed with learning and homework and this is the main reason why I let my children to continue with this school. Besides the English National Curriculum, I really like the small number of students in the classes. It makes me feel that Charter International School is more like a family to me, everybody knows each other whether students, teachers and staff and it seems to be a bigger family now. I send and pick up my children every day, sometimes I stay at school from the morning till the closing time. Atom is still shy as usual but he is progressing in his studies a lot. He can read English and Thai. If he finds it difficult I will help him. He has a beautiful writing and drawing. Overall I am very pleased with his progress”. Khun Litja “After numerous evaluations of other schools in and around Bangkok, we decided to meet with Charter School Management to discuss the suitability of Charter School for our 5 year old daughter, Angela. The 'first' impressions of Charter School were excellent and we made a decision immediately that this was the school for our daughter. Having returned to Thailand from a 3 year posting in Taiwan, we were delighted to establish that we could have our daughter continue her educational development at Charter School not only in Thai and English but also to have a continuation of teaching in Mandarin. Now after nearly one year at Charter, we have seen our daughter develop rapidly under the Charter School English curriculum and we are most impressed with the level of teaching in all the aforementioned areas and many others. The teachers and staff at Charter are well organized, friendly and certainly most professional in all respects. Facilities are absolutely delightful and we love the pink color of the school making it student friendly. The classrooms are most conducive to a learning environment balanced by excellent facilities for swimming, cooking, library and play areas to name a few. The school also gives attention to important activities such as Songkran, Fancy Dress Shows and Christmas to add to the excitement for students at all ages. There are additionally many other learning opportunities available for students after normal school hours to further develop students in arts and crafts. Food is also important and we are impressed with the weekly change in menu and variety that caters for many nationalities which is also a very important to Charter School's students. It is truly an International School. Daily interface with teachers and principal are readily available which is so important and along with 'coffee mornings' and 'Charter Chatter', this is ensure that parents are kept well informed on students. Angela is very happy and settled at Charter School and always willing to prepare for and attend schooling. This we believe will continue over the ensuing years. We are very satisfied and confident in the decision we have made entrusting the care and development of Angela to Charter School. Keep up the Good Work Charter”.     Tony & Orn Downing
